How do we make changes to our x&main-powered website?

Yes. We aren't sure why you'd want to, though, when x&main automatically emails your members about upcoming events and news. x&main was designed to save you money by eliminating the need for all of these other web services.

Can we use our own domain name?
Yes. You can run x&main as a sub-domain of your existing website such as main.ourdomain.com or use x&main as your main website using www.ourdomain.com.

What does setup cost and how long does it take?
Basic setup starts at only $150 and takes between 15 minutes and 7 days depending on the level of customization. Your organization can log in and add photos, videos, events, news stories, special offers, and manage your merchant directory. Your Google Map is managed automatically once we plug in the map center latitude and longitude. If you want Facebook integration you will need to log into Facebook to generate your own Application Key - this takes about 3 minutes. Notice that none of these items involve hiring a contractor! x&main is self-help oriented.

We recommend setting up a Facebook page as a way to promote your Facebook Application - in this case your website. When a user adds your Application, you now have a user; congratulations, you now have an asset!
